Uspon preko 7 zubi na Vranilac

U sklopu vježbi Opće planinarske škole HPD „Bilogora“ iz predmeta korištenje tehničke opreme osmišljen je izlet preko 7 zubi na Vranilac (643 m), najviši vrh Kalnika i dodatno kao šetnja poučnom stazom za one koji nisu polaznici škole.

Izlet je pohodilo 36 planinara od kojih je trideset odvažnih podijeljenih u tri grupe pod vodstvom trojice iskusnih vodiča krenulo preko zubi savladavati različite probleme u stijeni dok je preostali dio odlučio prošetati poučnom stazom. 7 zubi je naziv za markantne stijene u središnjem dijelu Kalnika preko kojih vodi grebenska staza između starog grada Kalnika i vrha Vranilac. Staza je mjestimice bila vrlo zahtjevna pa je trebalo koristiti tehnike penjanja i tehničku opremu, a dodatne opasnost bila je sklizavost stijene zbog povremene slabe kišice.

S druge strane sa svakog zuba pružao se prekrasan pogled kao nagrada za uloženi trud. Najzanimljivije je bilo penjanje kroz uski kamin i provlačenje kroz prolaz u stijeni dok smo najteži detalj silaska sa Sedmog zuba morali zaobići lakšom varijantom zbog opasnosti od poskliznuća. Planinari koji su odlučili prošetati poučnom stazom upoznali su se geološkom poviješću Kalnika i zanimljivim biljnim vrstama kojima Kalnik obiluje. Na vidikovcu su uživali u prekrasnom pogledu prema Medvednici, Ivanščici, Ravnoj i Petrovoj gori, Papuku i Psunju.

Svi planinari vrlo uspješno i bez povreda uspjeli proći cijelu stazu preko 7 zuba i poučnu stazu tako da se može reći da je zamišljeni izlet u potpunosti uspio.
